Our team members offer diverse backgrounds including involvement in a variety of trade organizations including the American Institute of Architects, Construction Specifications Institute, MN Concrete & Masonry Contractors Association, Precast Prestressed Concrete Institute, Cast Stone Institute and Association of General Contractors.

We’ve also been involved with a variety of commercial projects including schools, universities, sports stadiums, hospitals, and manufacturing & industrial facilities.

Sworn Construction Statements
Our team can also provide assistance needed to develop sworn construction statements required to gain financing and construction loans as well as research and recommendations required and work with local governments to gain award of building and land-use permits.
