Providing Project Management, Building Strategy, and Excellence

We collaborate with a network of design professionals, building officials, contractors, sub-contractors and material suppliers to alleviate the time and stress expected by our customer throughout the planning and construction of their project.

Our service provides guidance starting with conceptual design and building system selection while assisting with design, scheduling, material procurement and construction to help improve performance in terms of project management, building strategy and overall quality.

Our services vary: We can provide initial planning & budgeting only, to full turn key including planning, budgeting, permit/variance applications, scheduling, hiring contractors and subcontractors, material procurement and managing the construction process as well as reviewing and coordinating payment of all invoices.

Our Services

PROJECT DESIGN – We work with architects and design professionals to collaborate with contractors and customers to evaluate construction types and coordinate the design resulting in construction documents for the project.

COST ESTIMATING – We work to coordinate the cost estimating process involved with the development of construction documents and to assist with value engineering to keep projects on budget.

SUB-CONTRACT RFQ’s, QUOTE & SUBCONTRACTS – We work with a network of local sub-contractors and material suppliers while evaluating project requirements, contractor and/or supplier qualifications and potential limitations, scheduling needs and overall quality and value, our staff submits requests for quotes (RFQ’s) and will perform a complete scope and pricing review, resulting in our recommendation for the award of project sub-contracts and material purchases.

SWORN CONSTRUCTION STATEMENTS / PLANNING & SUBMISSION OF BANK DRAWS & PAYMENTS – When required by a financial institution for construction financing, our staff can work with the institution to develop and submit sworn construction statements. In this arrangement we will also manage the partial bank draws and payments for sub-contractors and suppliers.

SCHEDULING OF CONSTRUCTION PROCESS – We evaluate the owners needs to develop a construction schedule, including required commitments from  subcontractors and suppliers to keep projects on schedule.

CONSTRUCTION & SUBCONTRACTOR MANAGEMENT – Our staff will manage the construction process, coordinating required sequencing of deliveries and subcontactors to work as a team to achieve a quality completed project on-time and on-budget.

FINAL WALK-THRU & PROJECT CLOSEOUT – Upon substantial completion of the work, our staff will assist with a site walk-thru with each sub-contractor to either approve their work as complete and approved for final payment or we will develop a punch-list of items needing further attention along with an agreed completion date. Upon approval of the punch-list our staff will approve final payments.
