We collaborate with a network of design professionals, local building officials, contractors, sub-contractors and material suppliers to alleviate the time and stress required for building owners and/or general contractors to design and build projects.
Our consulting services provide guidance to owners, developers, contractors and investors starting with conceptual design and building system while assisting with feasibility, design, procurement, construction and post construction to help them improve performance in terms project management, building strategy and overall quality.

Our Services
PROJECT DESIGN – We work with architects and design professionals to collaborate with building owners and general contractors to evaluate construction types and coordinate the design resulting in required construction documents for the building. Services include working with designers to review and approve subcontract and supplier shop drawings.
COST ESTIMATING – We work to coordinate the cost estimating process involved with the development of construction documents and to assist with value engineering to keep projects on budget.
SUB-CONTRACT RFQ’s, QUOTE & SUBCONTRACTS – We work with a large network of subcontractors and suppliers and after evaluating project requirements, contractor & supplier qualifications & limitations, scheduling needs and overall quality and value, our staff submits requests for quotes (RFQ’s) and will complete a complete scope and pricing review resulting in a recommendation for the award of sub-contracts and material purchase orders.
SWORN CONSTRUCTION STATEMENTS / PLANNING & SUBMISSION OF BANK DRAWS & PAYMENTS – When required by a financial institution for construction financing, our staff can work with the institution to develop and submit sworn construction statements. In this arrangement we will also managemthe partial pbank draws and payments for sub-contractors and suppliers.
SCHEDULING OF CONSTRUCTION PROCESS – We evaluate the owners needs to develop a construction schedule, including required commitments from subcontractors and suppliers to keep projects on schedule.
CONSTRUCTION & SUBCONTRACTOR MANAGEMENT – Our staff will manage the construction process, coordinating required sequencing of deliveries and subcontactors to work as a team to achieve a quality completed project on-time and on-budget.
FINAL WALK-THRU & PROJECT CLOSEOUT – Upon substantial completion of the work, our staff will assist with a site walk-thru with each sub-contractor to either approve their work as complete and approved for final payment or we will develop a punch-list of items needing further attention along with an agreed completion date. Upon approval of the punch-list our staff will approve final payments.
